The only one I didn't get to I will use as my resolution this year. Yup, I gots to learn to swim.

It's not like I didn't try........

But, I think I'll actually be able to get it this year!
Happy New Year Everyone!

  1. We see lots of our pup furiends that really love the water. We aren't so sure we would like to swim, but if there are some muddy puddles around, then TD and Ciara would love that. Have fun learning to swim, Tucker - we bet you can make some big waves:)

  2. If you ever make it to Oregon, we can go swimming in my pond. It has frogs, fish and just enough slime!

  6. We don't particularly like to swim either. We've never gotten to see a lake though... but one time where Mama and Lily used to live, the backyard flooded really bad, and Lily got to go swimming back there! :)

  10. Oh, I dunno, Tucker. What if you MELT? My mom says that's prolly why I don't want to learn to swim. Cuz I'm made of sugar and might melt. And I'm pretty sure you're made outta sugar, too. You know, manly boy dog sugar.

    Happy New Year!

  11. Hey, if'n not this year, then next year or the year after. I had a bad eggsperience as a puppeh - jumped in a river with a bunch of labs and goldens and almost drownded myself, I did. Nobody told me I woz a shepherd and not a lab! Taked me YEARS to go into deep waters again and now I swim 3 strokes and I is done. But I think that counts as swimming.

  15. You better keep your water wings on Tucker, on account of all the fishies will be swooning at your handsomeness, and then dat would create a sue-nom-ee and der would be floods everywhere! All because you was just too cute for da fishes to handle.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!

  16. Happy New Year, Tucker! We're not so sure about that swimming thing; most Danes don't like to actually swim. But running in the water is lots of fun and Danes do it very well. So you do what you're comfortable with, hon. ["Hon" is a Baltimore expression of affection, or just plain friendliness.]
