By the way did you know my birfday is coming up? Yessiree, I'll be 2 at the end of the month. I'm thinkin' about asking for a new Momma that won't take pictures of me in stupid coats and post them on the interwebs.

Don't worry I's just kiddin'. I'm sure my Momma will gets me somethin' nice for my birfday, plus she gives good ear scratchies.

Walkin' for a Cause

This weekend was the annual Paws on Parade to benefit our local Humane Society. This is the same Humane Society that my BFF Diesel came from, so we like to support the good things they do. Often Momma makes donations of foodable and toys (used toys of MINE!) throughout the year. However, we do enjoy pawticipating in their big yearly fundraiser.

Plus, I gets to meet new friends!

Then we walk! For 2 miles all together.

Meet my new friend the bumble bee. She was nice and warm in her outfit and won a prize in the costume contest.

We had to wait to cross the streets.....

Then when the walk is over we all gets to socialize more! Warning Cuteness follows.

This is my new Dane friend. Look at the impressive slobber I put on his ear... BOL.

I was kinda tired after all the walkies and sniffin'.

But, they had over 350 walkers and raised over $40,000! What a great success for the shelter, think of all the puppers and kittehs this will help!

My Favorite Walkie

Last weekend I gots to go on my favorite walkie..... I spend lots of time sniffing.
And lots of time running.

And I can always find a big stick to play wif.

Afterwards I got to go to the barkery and to get some Ice Cream... picking the flavor is the hardest...

I picked the vanilla bean wif Milkbones, always a good choice I think!

Dad chose coffee and Momma picked Pumpkin. Don't worry I tried both of theirs too!

My weekend adventure I forgots to tell you about

The weekend before Momma left I went to the camp house for an overnight adventure. I luvs the sidewalks in the old fishing town so we always go on a long walkie after we get there and settle in.
Then we gets pizza and go back and eat and watch movies. I hog the couch.

Then in the mornings we go for another round of walkies and get a coffee before packing up and going back home. I love the smells!

I'm back & the State Park

Did you miss me? Huh, did you?

Momma left me for a whole week, to go work way out in San Diego. Can you believe it? I totally would've gone wif her and visited my friend Murphy but I was too big to fit in her luggage. Instead I had to stay behind wif Dad and wait for her to return. I gots to hang out wif Grammy & Grampy and go for lots of walks, so I was ok. But, I do luvs it much better when my whole family is together.

I'm trying to catch up wif your bloggies and I have a couple posts of a few adventures I took the week before Momma left and one since she came back.

Before Momma left she took me the local State Park one evening while Daddy-O was out golfin. I spent some time walking and exploring and then I did some Modeling....

Modelling sure makes me thirsty... But did you know that you aren't suppose to drink the salty ocean.... it's yucky.....
There.... dis is much better....
