I'm still here, but I've been busy!

Sorry I've been gone for so long but right after my last post I gots a foster brother! Meet Mac!  Mac came from New York to our Rescue and I gots to teach him about how fun being a dog is.  See being a dog isn't about being tied up all the time or stuffed away in a kennel, he didn't know that.
Mac and I got along pretty well, in fact I was mopey for 2 days after he left.  Mac has gone to be with another foster family becuase he didn't like kittehs at all.  In fact the kittehs had to stay in the basement because Mac wanted to eat them.  So, Mac stayed with us for almost 4 weeks and then he went to learn more doggie stuff from another family.  He has adjusted super well to the new foster family they don't have kittehs.
Mac and I went to the pond together a few times, I tried to teach him to swim - but, I don't know how to swim.  So, I taught him hows to run in the water...

And our of the water....

Also, I made sure to teach Mac the importance of a good game of tug.  He learned to cheat all on his own.
I miss Mac and I hope he finds his forever home real soon!

  4. OMD, I can appreshiate how bizzy you has been. I know furstpaw how much werk it be teaching those fosters about being a dog. Now wot I dussn't unnerstand is why peeples would spend all that money to whack his ears up, then tie him outside? Oh, wot is I woofing, of course I know all about that. On our adopshun applicashun we ask wot peeples will do if'n a puppy be destructive and one applicant akshually answered "We plan on keeping the puppy outside until he outgrows that." Rilly, I be telling you the troof, the whole troof and nuttin but the troof.

  6. Hey Tucker!
Wow, I've missed you! Sounds like you and Mac had a ton of fun together. Can't say as I blame him about the kitties...I always want to bash critters like that too...except for my Blogville furiend kitties. Anyway, love the water sport pix and I'm sure some pack will scoop Mac up and make a forever home.

  20. How cool as foster brother! Looks like you had lots of fun with him - its a shame he didn't warm to the Kitties! :(

Hehe we are also cheaters when it comes to a game of tug-o-war! Though that game fails a bit when we both cheat!!

  21. You were very kind to Mac. Some guys just need extra love and attention, and he was lucky to have you for a month. Sorry he didn't get along with the kittehs, but that happens, doesn't it?
