Happy Barkday to ME!

Today I turned 3 years old!  I spent the afternoon going on a fun adventure, which I'll share with you later this week.  Then I had my pawty!  I had a cheeseburger for dinner and then I gots to open some pressies!

I got a couple new stuffies from my Grammy & Grampy.  Plus some treats, toys, and a new collar from Momma and Dad.

 Opening pressies is so much fun!

 Then it was time for cake and ice cream.........

 Yum, that was good cake and a good birthday!

Now I've got to wait another whole year for my barkday again.... bummer.

Beach Walkies

Last weekend on the way back from the cottage we went to a beach.  The beaches are vacant now as nobody in their right mind would go swimming in the water when it's about 40 degrees Fahrenheit.  So I gets to go an be off leash.  

 The sun was shining nicely.

 There was plenty of space for me to run.

 And trails for me to create in the sand.

 Come on humans, keep up.

 Sometime...people... I'll wait for you.

 That's better.....

 The tide was on it's way out.

 So I made sure to do some modeling...

 Modeling gets kind of boring.

 But, after you are done you get to run on the beach again!

Creepy Wednesday Walkies

This past weekend I went on an overnight trip to the cottage .  When I got there on Saturday we went for a walk - Now, this was quite the creepy Halloween walk...
 Let's get started.......

 I made sure to walk past the cemetery extra fast.... I might have been pulling on my leash..oops

 But there were black cats up ahead!!!! One took off and the other hissed at me!!

 And, when I got back to the cottage there was a creepy spider waiting for me.

Chicken Update

Still no eggs, but any day now we are expecting them....

The chickens have grown up quite a bit!

They are nosey and noisy!  Always cackling at me... Hmph.

And because no post is complete without a picture of me, here I am!  Ignore Vader sleeping in the chair behind me.  Nobody cares about him, BOL.

Walkies on the Rails to Trails

In our area the state of Maine took the old railroad that wasn't in use and and pulled up the rails to make a trail!  ATVs, snowmobiles, walkers, hikers, doggies - we all get to enjoy it.

The stretch near me is 87 miles long.  No kidding Frankie that is the actual number!

This be a beaver dam on the way.  It was getting kinda dark but you can still see it on the right.  The beavers are trying to build another one on the left of the pictures.  I guess beavers aren't bothered by the housing crisis cause they just keep building bigger and bigger houses.

The sun was setting on the beaver's home so I had to head back.

2 miles done, 85 to go....

Agility Equipment

Momma made me some agility equipment.  See she's cheap so she went to home depot and spent about 15 dollars on pvcs piping and elbows.

Then she cut the pipes into this many pieces....

And ta-da!  Weave poles for me!

And a jump (with 2 different heights)

Seriously woman, I barely can clear that jump it's so high......

Here is a clip of me learning to do the jump.  It's gonna take some work.
