My Prize & Evil Kitty Brother Birthday

First off, do you remember that I won Duchess' Spring Cleaning Contest? Well my prize came this week!

On another note Evil Kitty Brother turns 15 today. Normally I wouldn't post anything about him since this is MY BLOG, but you must see the torture I had to endure today.

Momma made this cake for him and I couldn't have any of it, not even a lick. All I could do was sniff.

"Momma this can't be for any of the kitties that live here. It says Good Cat. BOL"

Momma took the cake down into the Evil Kitty Lair (aka the basement) where I cannot go.....

Look at those pigs, cramming their faces. I can't believe he shared with Ellie and not me, it isn't fair. I don't care if it's his special day - he should share.

Dock Dogs Adventure - aka attack of the Labradorks

This past weekend Momma and Dad took me to a dog sporting event called Dock Dogs. Don't worry I didn't participate since the event involves jumping into water and swimming. Since I can't go over my head yet, there is no way I'm jumping off a dock into the water.

But I can watch!






This dog's name is Bailey and she jumped so far she qualified for the world championship!


Anyway, there were a bunch of doggies to meet.

I'm trying to learn to swim

I'm still trying to learn to swim. Momma and Dad have been taking me to the pond to chase sticks and seeing if they can get me to figure it out. I go out pretty far but I just can't commit to the whole my feet aren't touching thing. My BFF cousin Diesel will be coming to visit later in the month, so hopefully he can teach me. Until then I'll keep chasing sticks and splashing, it's pretty fun. Oh and Momma wants to know how you all learned to swim, did another doggie teach you or did you figure it out on your own?

Naughty Ellie

Thank you all for you comments on my supervising tent and my Wordless Wednesday ice cream. My tent has gone to screen house heaven as a gust of wind took it out and poked all the poles holding it up through the screen. Don't worry nobody was inside and my Kuranda bed survived the attack.

Also, my Wordless Wednesday post was an ice cream ordered from a different ice cream stand. See my local ice cream stand makes my ice cream as soon as they see me and they make it big with 3 small milkbones. The ice cream I gots at this new place was good but was small and had a yucky old roy bone on it. Cheapos, they couldn't even afford the milkbone. I was patiently waiting to eat it.

I wanted to show you all a picture to prove that kitty sister Ellie is naughty. She was a stray that discovered Momma and Dad 3 years ago. Now, the vet guesses she is 5 years old now and boy does she have some street smarts. I would like you to know that Momma does feed her, but she still feels the need to prove that she could survive on her own in the wild. See her failed attempt:

Wordless Wednesday

Khatching

I decided to enter Khyra's Khatch Me If You Khan Khontest but I'm 100% sure I'm not gonna win. My khatching abilities are not very good. I attribute it to my big nose and my lack of general depth perception. Plus Momma is a terrible tosser. For example see this video of
My Failed Attempt and you'll see that Momma is so bad a tossing the treats she hits me in the face with it - hello? How can I khatch it if you throw it at my face? I'm gonna lose an eye practicing for the khontest.



Anyways here is my well practiced official entry - A grand total of 6, that is the best I could do.

I do much better at competitions where I just have to look cute. Did you know I won Duchess' Spring Cleaning Contest? Yup, sure did - I've got mad bath taking skills I tell you.
